Clean and comfortable room. They ran out of milk for cereal in the breakfast area two mornings in a row. Only packet oatmeal! Coffee from a machine? Outside pool, not heated ( cold!!! ). Owner and family living in the motel.| Almost, but not quite ready for a better rating!!!

Room was very clean. Breakfast choices were amazing, Amber was very friendly and positive personality ! This hotel takes pride in the upkeep of the grounds and interior of the building. Great location and easy access !

What a great place to stay. Clean and professional. It's nice when your room is ready, its clean, functionable and the staff is pleasant and friendly! It's just NOT that common anymore like it should be. Great location with everything you need in close proximity. We will be back for sure.

Great place to stay especially if you don’t want to stay on the beach but is still very close. Substantial breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and a waffle maker. Also light options like yogurt and pastries.

Location near New Smyrna Beach. Hotels in NSB required two night stay so this was a nice option. Walls are thin so you hear everything. Pool appears to be afterthought placed in front parking lot. Hotel was over priced for what you get but …

Nice little place. First and foremost…ALL of the staff were very kind and professional. Everything looked very clean and had a nice look. The only downside to this business is there is no fitness facilities. I would also suggest providing safes in the rooms along with a spare blanket (your a/c units work good!).

Edgewater Inn is a great motel with a good, hot breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. It is conveniently located near food, pharmacy and clothing stores if needed. I highly recommend this motel.

Clean modern secure hotel. Soft bed for me. Had room with tub in room. Ran water to flush before use and came out very clean. We enjoyed it very much. Room was clean although in need of repairs. Breakfast had real eggs and good quality food. Front desk super friendly and just a nice place. Might ask for room in the rear away from parking lot next time.
